Ok i have a problem. This really great guy that i like is perfect in every way- he's smart, funny, outgoing, and nice. He also has really good hair and he plays an instrument. But, the problem is, i have never talked to him before, partly because everytime i see his smile, or his eyes, i turn bright red(or at least i feel like i am turning red) and feel inferior to how great he is. I really think we would be good for each other because we like alot of the same things. How do i get him to notice me without turning red and having problems talking to him?

And if you feel inferior to him, then list all the good things about you. but i bet you are a great person so you shouldn't feel less great than anyone else.
So just have one of your friends with you when you see him next and try to talk to him.

Guys like the confidence most of the time, so that's probably your best bet. Just talk to him, ask him if he'd like to hang out sometime & get to know you a little better. Just start with small talk and work your way into it however you feel comfortable! good luck
