After she has turned the age of 16, in florida she has a thing called the right to consent. Which means if her parents, or guardians were to call the Police on Rape, she has the say so to say it didn't happen pretty much, or that she agreed to it. A 17 has the same rights pretty much unless shes dating an 18 year old. 21 is illegal in Florida until she's 18...but keep it on the Downlow...type thing, if people ask tell them shes 18, without hesitation...then leave it at that until she's about 6 months from being 18...then it would be okay.

Hope I helped at all.
