ok so my friend was talkign to this guy. she said that he really likes me and that he was goign to ask me out. im still not sure if i like him or not. how am i supposed to tell him no?

well maybe if if you do like him a little maybe even as a friend you can say yes and then like him better but if you want to say no just let him down slowly. i havnt had experiance with saying no so i cant really help you there sorry
