well in school, if you don't get something or need help on homework, ask a teacher or friend for help. in sports, just try something new. you might find something you really like. for example, i'm a major swimmer, this summer i was getting bored of it, so i tried out volleyball, it's so much fun! i'm also doing track at my school which is a no cut sport!

just look around for something fun!
