Hey.. Im A 14 Year Old Girl.. Well Ill Be 15 On June 6.. And I Weigh Around 142lbs. I Wanna Know If Thats To Much?.. Im In Sports Like Basketball n Cheerleading.. And im Not That Fat Looking.. I Almost Have A 4 Pack..(lol).. But Sometimes I Think Im Fat.. CAuse im Getting Lil Handle Things on My Back.. Like Fat That Hangs Over Your Pants.. Its Not Bad.. But I Dont want It To Get Worse.. So.. Do I Weigh To Much?.. And How Can i Get Ride Of That Fat?..

it sounds like your just fine..142 isnt a lot..plus your an athlete so your in shape..i wouldnt worry about anything..if your that concerned just increase excersise and eat healthier..but do notttt become fanatic. you can probably eat food without counting calories and being fanatic and still stay at the same weight if you keep up with your activities ]
