i need new ideas on how to spice up are sex life in bed , instead of the same things we always do ! i ran out of creative was to making love , (toys , food or etc ) plz help anyother ideas !

First of all don't be afraid to ask your partner for some suggestions. But there are many things you can use. Chocolate syrup, carmel, whip cream, cherries, strawberries, ice, honey, frozen bananas. As for toys just go look around in a toy shop see what is available and what you think you and your partner might enjoy. Handcuffs, blindfolds, candle wax, french ticklers. You can also search on the web for online toy stores. There you can look at the toys and most of them will tell you about the toys, what they are made out of and what they do.
