It is most likely an ingrown hair, happens to guys too.
Don't panic though, just get a routine checkup and let the Doc have a look. ]

it might be an std.
or just a bump.
if it hurts and it feels hard and like a ball beneath the skin.
try popping it. even if that hurts.
if its to painful and bleeds go see a doctor. so you can treatment for whatever it is. ]
Well i think that you should go to your doctor because it might get infected or something so its better to go to the doctor before its to late ]
It is probably a boil or sebaceous cyst of some sort. They can become painful. If it does heat will draw it to a head. They usually break by themselves.
Put simply, they are like a giant pimple. Don't push on it, that may make it sore. If it isn't hurting, just leave it alone.
Here is a site that has information on them just in case you should need it. Oh, and it isn't add or anything to worry about. Had you not shaved it may have gone unnoticed. :)

it could just be irritated from you shaving. there's really not much it could be since you havent been sexually active. go to a doctor if it doesnt go away!
