well honey, i personally think that you need better shampoos and conditioners.

try :

panteene pro-v
[ shampoo & conditioner ]
^ for better hair if you would like to straighten it.

head & shoulders
[ shampoo & conditioner ]
for less dandruff!

i've never used the head and shoulders product, but ive heard from alot of people, that it works great. just use that, and your dandruff should go away!

as for the panteene, what you do, is when you put the shampoo in your hair, leave it in for like 2-3 min, and while your leaving it in you hair [ for it to work right ], shave your legs, or wash your body, so you won't be so bored :)

& then wash your hair out, and put in the conditioner. you should leave this in for about 2-4 min. [ trust me, your hair will be so soft, and nice!] and then wash that out, as soon as your done, getting out of the shower, brush your hair [ dry it with a towel first] and then put in a hair treatment, something that will make it un-freezy, then after you put that in, blowdry it straight down, and after that straighten it really good, and slow, and put some shine into it, hope i helped!

xoxo

Well, straightening your hair only works as long as it stays dry. Which is why it starts to go back a little even in humidity.

Anyway, I second the chemical straightening route, because that works until it grows out, and in my experience, looks really good.

For dandruff, start by using Head and Shoulders (it smells really good) and if that doesn't work, try Neutrogena T-Gel. (does not smell so good..) if THAT doesn't work, see about getting something precription from the doctor.
