Loosing Wieght.

Hey,
I am 13 years old - 5 ft and 6 inches. I want to loose wieght becuase I am 170 pounds. Summer is coming up and I want to loose wieght.
suggestions?

tryy to eat really healthy.. that helps.. also work out a lot.. try doing push ups like 5 4 times a day then also do crunches or sit ups to help your stomach.. the next day you might be a little soar but if you keep doing this every day your body will get used to it.. also if you join a gym.. swimmm a lot because that is really good for the arms and legs.. umm what else.. you can run and lift weights.. that sort of thing.. hope i helped =]

One hour of walking at a moderate pace burns 750 calories :]. Try taking a kick boxing class, they're fast paced but always fun. Pick up a sport or even doing housework. If you're in motion, you're burning calories. Try to get it 3 cardio workouts [the kind where you have to stop to catch your breath] a week.


Right now, I wouldn't tell you to STOP eating, but to cut out the unnecessary foods such as chips and replace them with negative calorie foods like celery and oranges.
