I am 13 years old - 5 ft and 6 inches. I want to loose wieght becuase I am 170 pounds. Summer is coming up and I want to loose wieght.

Pick up a sport or even doing housework. If you're in motion, you're burning calories. Try to get it 3 cardio workouts [the kind where you have to stop to catch your breath] a week.
