Picture Program
(sorry for the wrong category)
But i've been wondering if theres like a program were you can put like pictures and make them look better. and like put differant frames around them and such. if you know any that i can download that'd be great, but i need something that wont screw up my computer.

yes there are so many and its ok that you put it in another category (lol)
try www.photobucket.com you can alos make like slideshows and stuff and it will not screw up your ocmputer! i even asked my computer teacher

Yes. There is adobe paintshop or Paint Shop Pro (psp) you can google both. And get free trials.

Hey. Well the program is called Paint Shop Pro and they have like Paint shop Pro 1-9. You can go to google and type in Paint Shop Pro and get a free tutorial or something. The abriviation for it is PSP.
