illegal dating.

Question Posted Saturday March 25 2006, 8:44 pm

I'm actually dating someone who is 20, and I'm 5 years younger. I understand it sounds real gross, but if you ever know him.. Haha, it's not at all weird.

Anyway, I was just wondering is just even "dating" or "seeing" somebody illegal?

There's no sexual involvement, and we kiss sometimes.. but we don't get too much into it due to our age.

You can date (if parents are OK with it).

You can even kiss. But if you have sex...that's illegal.

Once you turn 16, you should be okay. Age of consent is 16 in most states.

So if you can control things until then, You are okay to date. :)
