my boybriends a senior, im a freshman. should i go to prom?

Question Posted Sunday March 19 2006, 9:40 am

hey im grace, and this may seem like a random question that i should prolly be able to solve by myself-but i cant. My botfriend and i havent really been going tout that lokg, like a month, but our feelings for each other are true. weve gone to the same school out entire lives. Hes a senior and im a freshman. he wants to know if i'll go to prom with him, and i really would love to, but id feel really weird the entire time. like i know none of the senior girls or anything, well i know a few from sports bit thats about it. not enough to feel compfortable around them. and even if i did go i would look so retarted bcz all the girls there would look so much more mature than i would. i'd feel so stupid bcz im so insecure with myself around people i dont know very well. like i'd love to go bcz i love my boyfriend and i love dressing up and makeing myself feel pretty, it gives me confidence, wich i lack so much of, but i dont want to be complaining the whole time. and then theres the issue with the dress. my family has no mony for extra expences, it would be slightly out of the question....thanks for listening. if you can help please do.

Well i think that if you too really lvoe each other that much and you explain all of that to him he sould understand. Pluse prom is kinda far away so you have some time to think about it and might change your mind.
