It's certainly not normal in the sense that it's alright to get them, but it is pretty common, if that's what you mean.
Like it was suggested, go to a doctor now. Trying home remedies may work, but you're best going to a doctor and having them prescribe medication.

go to a doctor as soon as you can and ask them about it. You really need to get that looked at and they can help you get rid of it, but you have to do it soon or it can get worse!

i got ringworm at like... 20 yeah its normal enough. go to the doctor and they will perscribe and antifungal cream most likely that you rub on there for i think 2 weeks and it will go away.
