getting "walked on"

Question Posted Wednesday March 15 2006, 7:08 pm

hey im 15/f. Im tired of everybody walking all over me. Im not sure how to stop it. Like i tell them to stop and u know they sometimes do but i hate it when people mess with me. My friends say i need to stop letting people walk all over me but i dont know how to do that. She says im a push-over. Im also a cheerleader and im not really bad looking according to my friends so i dont see why this is happening so if anybody could tell me how to stop getting walked on it would be greatly appreciated! I'll rate high!

Well, do not take this offensively, but everyone has this stereotype for cheerleaders. That they're either total airheads, or that they're sluts. Now, you're not a slut, nor are you an airhead, but they think that you're so dumb, you won't notice it. However, you have. Just, next time if they ask you for something or if they tend to do it. Don't let them. Tell them NO. No is the magic word.
