who should i hang out with?

ok so my friends r like nerds and well their starting 2 be really mean 2 me like saying im stupid and crap and i want 2 sit with the popular peeps at lunch but i dont kno if like they will like be mean 2 me or wut and i was popular at my old skool andi dont kno soo i mean i dont kno if my "friends" are my friends? i mean i just dont kno soo can you tell me wut 2 do?

Well Maybe you could come up to the "popular" people and like start talking to them...maybe try to be friends with them...try to be friends with everyone but if you wanna be friends with the "popular" people try and study what they do and how the act I guess...maybe just be yourself and see
