hey. heres my problem...
i really want to get in shape, but i don't have enough time or money to go the gym on a regular basis. what exercises can i do at home, in between gym sessions, that will help me get the results im looking for?

yea ive been trying to go to the gym more often too. umm i dont know really any things at home but if youre just watching tv or something try doing some situps or crunches while. it wont hurt. also try to go for walks and just eat healthy. also if you do get the time try to sign up to a highschool gym and you only have to pay alittle. go with a friend or something :)
