Smoking Insenses?

Question Posted Saturday March 11 2006, 11:00 pm

My friend says he smokes insences...does that do anything...or is he just taking a piece of paper and rolling the insense inside for nothing?

Well, you're really just supposed to put it in an incense burner and meditate, because the scent clears your mind. There is really no point in smoking it like you would a cigarette, and I can't imagine that it's any healthier than a cigarette. I don't think just burning it is the healthiest thing either, which is why I don't do it much. But if he wants to do it, that's his business, I guess.

Yuk! Sounds to me like that's something that would make you really sick.

So far as I know incense kinda stinks but doesn't really do much for a person. Of course I don't get out much!

My guess is he may think he is doing something daring but he really isn't. :)
