first off i have 2 questions
1
i sweat a lot. yuck. i can't wear nice shirts because it is extremely noticeable and it ruins them. no matter what deoderant i use it doesn't help.. what to do what to do?

what can you do to lose weight in your thighs and crap? running always seems to make them bigger for me. it's crazy

for your first question, i'd talk to your doctor about it. they can give you some really good stuff. Ban works really well. too.
also, when you get out of the shower, if you put baby powder on your underarms, that works too.
2) im not really sure, to tell you the honest truth. you could run and that will make the fat muscel, and they wouldnt jiggle when you walk, but you can watch what you eat, so your legs dont get bigger.
