dont listen to the person below me. if you want to you can. but im a guy myself and honestly, guys dont like when girls only want to be "friends". guys want the fast action sort of stuff. ESPECIALLY at this age where nothing is really serious. If you like him, flirt with him. dont get too personal and stuff, just flirt with him until you get comfortable, you dont need to be a nervous wreck because of your feelings. After you do all that flirting, he will come to you. Trust me.

first be friends so you can get mroe comfortable around him. Than when your ready dont jsut blurt out you like him get him alone and tell him you like him. DO this before its too late
