ok so lately ive been trying to loss weight...and itz kinda working. ive been losing about 3 pounds a week. i am proud of myself for doing that. but that thing is, itz not showing. every sunday i weigh myself, and a measure how wide my stomach is ( like i measure around my whole stomach). i have only lost like 1/2 of an inch, but at the same time i have lost 3 pounds. what else can i do besides eat healthy and excercise to lose inches. also, do you have some easy exercise tips or ideas. female 12. i rate high if your answer works.
