ok so lately ive been trying to loss weight...and itz kinda working. ive been losing about 3 pounds a week. i am proud of myself for doing that. but that thing is, itz not showing. every sunday i weigh myself, and a measure how wide my stomach is ( like i measure around my whole stomach). i have only lost like 1/2 of an inch, but at the same time i have lost 3 pounds. what else can i do besides eat healthy and excercise to lose inches. also, do you have some easy exercise tips or ideas. female 12. i rate high if your answer works. 3 pounds a week is great! 10-12 pounds is a pants size and you won't see results right away. You have to keep working at it. If you loose about 10 lbs. you are probablly going to go down a pants size. Just give yourself some time and if you keep doing great like you are now you will see results soon. You can go to www.toneteen.com and go on health and it will tell you exercises for every part of the body. It's great and it's not hard at all!
