okay well im 14 and hes 16.
so i really like this kid, we'll call him steve.
okay well like me and him have been friends since like the summer.. like we didnt talk as much as now so thats why i think he might like me too cause hes always talking to me when he didnt as much before and like he gets really like not upset but kidding sorta when i make fun of him playing around.. like he'll say dont hate =[ i <3 you.. he never put love he would only put the heart but hes said it a couple times and hes like sending mix signals..like always asking me for advice. telling me hes gonna take me on a ride when hes get his motorcyle and if im scared he'll hold me .. (dunno how he would hold me and drive hah) but yeah like he constinantly talks me but he didnt really that much before and i really like that and i really really like him a lot.. and like i dont want him to think im like immature if i just come out and say oh by the way i think i like you.. like idk cause i have never liked anyone older then me this much.. and i dont want to blow my chance if i sound like im really younge.. so im basically asking like do you think he might like me? am i taking this over board.. and how do i tell him i like him without sounding.. well.. stupid?

I don't think you should rush things though. Continue to talk and be friends for a while and see what develops. Right now you have such a good thing you don't want to scare him off.
If a dance comes up or something like that and you want to ask him to it, go ahead. Just don't TELL him how you feel for now. See how it works out. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
