They stop growing persay around 18 or 19. But gaining weight can make them bigger. Also if you don't go completely back to yourself after pregnancy that makes them bigger. But they stop actually growing at 18/19.

You'll continue to develop a good four to five years after puberty first began. In your case, I'd assume 18-19.
