ok so i (16/f) really like this guy that i work with and we get along soo well!! we spent all day together at work after school and every second we spent talking and laughing about random stuff!! anyways he's kinda shy and i dont really know how he feels about me so should i make the first move? im kinda shy when it comes to guys so if anyone gives me some good flirting tips or ways to let him know that i like him i'll give 5s!

What if he's sitting back thinking the same wonderful things about you that you are him? How far could your relationship possibly progress if you're both awaiting the other to make the first move? You'll never get anywhere if things continue on like that. If he's available, I would definitely give it a whirl.

I think flirting comes naturally like you do it not noticing..Like i think if i gave you ideas you`ll be worryin about whether your doing it right && stuff..
Do what you feel comfortable with..Like touching wise or what not..Since he seems to be shy i wouldn`t do something too dramatic you know?..
i think making the first move would be a good idea maybe give him && yourself a little more time to be a bit more comfortable round each other..[Then i would deff. make that move!!]

aw ya i think that definatley making the first mov would be a great idea! Guys love it when girls take initiative. Some good tips to doing this would be..continuting to be flirty..touch him a lot while talking to him..use exuse to get to get closer with him..(ya its cliche but...) tell him ur cold and then he'l probably give you a hug..tell him you love his hair and touch it..you get hte idea lol..Anyway..when you feel close enough to him which it seems you are..you should ask him to hang out and get to kno him even more and them maybe it will turn into something!
