I just don't know what to do..
Sorry this will be long but I'LL RATE!...
Well I'm going to my friends house this week end where the guy I like will be there two and the 3 of use are gunna jut hang out, and this morning (2/28/06) and I'm going over there this Saturday and I'm fine being there with my period and all I'll just go to the bathroom every 4-5 hours, he'll think I'm weird but o well. And she asked me to spend the night and I never gave her an answer because I've never spent the night at a friends house while I was on my period (I'm 14) and I don't know because if the flow is heavy then I def. don't want to cause while I'm sleeping it might bleed through (I use a pad becaues I can't wake up ever 5-6 hours to change a tampon) and I don't know weather or not my flow Saturday night will be heavy or not and I REALLY wanna spend the basically then week end with my friends and the guy I like because he goes to another school than I do and I don't see him very much. So I don't know what to do at all, all I know is that I'm going over there Saturday day but I don't know if I should spend the night or night I want to but I scared to with my period and all and not knowing weather it will be heavy or not cause if it's not I'll sleep over cause there won't be alot of blood and shouldn't bleed through. So someone please give me so adivce on what to cause I'm totally clueless....once again sorry for the length

Oh, you actually DONT have to go to the bathroom every 4-5 hours. Its not the urge to go pee, its just the blood coming out, so just ignore that, unless u urgently have to go. And nope, you do NOT have to change your tampon evry 4-5 hours either. Use the O.B kind. The *super kind. It fits easily, and you can wair it up to 8 hours.

You might try some overnights. I don't know for sure who makes them, it may be always.
They are called Overnights and they are longer and are made for the times when lying down and gravity like to cause a mess! They work very well.
If you can find those staying over shouldn't be a problem. Oh, and no need to get up in the night. :)
