Parents strict rules= what the heck can I do online now?

Question Posted Sunday February 26 2006, 8:11 pm

Ok. I can't download anything, listen to any music, watch any videos, and play any games. All I got left is comics on the internet and I have gotten bored with those.

There are lots of old - but great! - stories online.

Here are some classic mystery/detective stories:

I recommend starting with "The Problem of Cell 13"

Or try these stories by H.G. Wells:

Just scroll down to the "Short Stories" section in the left-hand sidebar. "The Truth about Pyecraft" is a great one to start with. Some of the other ones are a bit gruesome - "The Cone", or "The Lord of the Dynamos" - but they're all great.

And if you find that you like Wells, there are lots of other stories by him online; just Google for them.
