ok i just had my period for the first time, but i like dont know what to do? i just keep bleeding and stuff.. but im like uncomfortable telling my mom.. im like only 11 =/..

dont panic. i was uncomfortable telling my mom too. i waited a week until i told mine. so heres what you do. go put some toliet paper down there for now and then go search your moms bathroom and wherever you might think she keeps pads. make sure you take a stash and put them in your drawer. change it every 4-6 hours or so depending on how heavy your flow is. working up the courage to tell your mom is tough, but she has to know one way or another. if youre not comfortable actually coming out and saying it then drop hints. when you throw away your pad make sure its on the top in the garbage (dont flush pads btw!) be creative. if you have an older sister you might wanna tell her and let her tell your mom. but if worse comes to worse just be like i got my period and i need some stuff. she'll be happy for you and she'll get you the right protection for you. good luck! you can do it :-)
