hey,im 13 and im going to an awesome party with all my friends and there will be boys there to! i want to look my best,so i need a very stylish,comfortable,cute outfit that will suit and flatter some of the positives in me!! I am 4"7 (yea...short..runs in the family though!) flat..medium wavy layerd brown hair,big brown eyes,long eye lashes,black eyebrows,semi-tan skin,rosy lips,(im very italian) well,thats about it!i'd like to know the make-up i should use and what kind of out fit or an idea you have for me!! thanks!!!!!!

For make-up (I have the same hair/eye/skin color as you) use black eyeliner, pink, gold, or tannish eyeshadows, 2 coats of black mascara, and a pinkish tannish colored lip gloss so it doesnt look to out of place have fun at your party <3

Okay, lets see here.
You should wear a skirt, not a jean skirt, but a flowy skirt. If you don't have one, then wear some stretchy jeans, you want to be able to move your hips.
Wear a shirt that matches. Make sure it's not long sleaves, because it gets hot in there.
If your hair gets frizzy easily then wear it up because you will get hot and sweaty. If it doesn't get frizzy easily, then either straighten it or not.
Wear some gold, bronze, brown, silver, purplish colors for eyeshadow and black eyeliner. You probably won't need any mascara. Then just apply some lip gloss.
You probably will take off your shoes so that won't matter.
