i'm not a doctor or anything but i have a friend that had really bad acne. it went away in a week when she used proactiv. using proactiv daily will help get rid of zits and future break outs. just to keep things safe, it'd be a good idea to tie your hair up after using the product so you can be free of other irritations towards your skin.

don't wear make up for a few days it clogs up your pores! also if you dig or scratch at them then you can cause scars and you don't want that now do you? probably not. or try going to your family doctor and ask him or her about benzoyl peroxide 10% acne gel. it really works but it is only rx.it like $10.00 a bottle with your insurance. i hope that helps.

Well you`d have to go out and buy some Clearasil[sp] cream. It comes in a small tube if your willing to go out and buy something. But to reduce the redness, you put ice on the zit for about 1-3 mins. It shrinks it. And DON`T POP THE ZIT UNTIL IT ACTUALLY HAS A WHITEHEAD. IT`LL LEAVE SCARS!!!!!!!
