itunes is not opening on my computer and i dont know what to do.. ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but its no use.. what should i do?

if that's teh case return it, and ask for another one. If nothing tell the guy who sold it to you. If he flakes out on you call Geeksquad. They're amazing

hey when i first got itunes i also had a problem. what i did was get an icon for itunes to put on my background. then i just double clicked it. after thatr i waited babout 5 minutes and it came up by itself. still tot his day it does that. cait ♥
