ohkay well im 132 pounds and im 5'3 and in 7th grade so yea . im pretty much wut u peron whould call FATTTTTT . and i hate it and i just want to loose weight and ive tried to not eat alot but i just cant help it and i even tried doing crunches before bed and nothing seems to work . . and i just whannt to loose weight i hate being fat . i was thinking about making myself throw up after i eat but idk HELP ME

Teza answered Monday February 20 2006, 12:09 am: Loosing weight isn't as hard as everyone says so. If you really wanted to, you could do it. Stop saying you can't loose any weight and that nothing works but you have to try harder. First, doing just crunches and eating less won't make you loose any weight. When you make a drastic change in your diet you will actually loose weight harder because your body isn't used to that. Anyways, you don't have to go on a "diet". I hate that word. It simply just means that you can't have any of the goodies!! Go on a healthier eating plan. If you're like me and hate veggies and love sweets then you have to get used to eating more veggies and less sweets.. a lot less. There are so many recepies for vegtables and how to make them yummy for you. Eat less amounts of food. Do you go over 3,500 calories a day? Well, I don't really think you keep track but if you just eat whatever and not keep track of calories, you are more likely to gain weight. Anyways, keep list of what you eat and how many calories it has. I'm on an 1,500 calorie "diet" and it's not bad. I eat less perportions and I eat more veggies. I'm not saying I don't eat any chocolate or whatever because I do but I don't pig out. I have a small peace of something maybe once or twice a week and I drink tons of water and exercise an hour or so a day. Doing crunches will tone your stomach but it won't make you loose much weight. So, try walking for an hour, do crunches, and eat healthy. Throwing up it silly. You won't loose much weight and you are just going to ruin your teeth and your lungs.
