ipod help?

my ipods frozen in disk mode how do i get it out?
ps its a nano

what i do is i hold the menu botton and the middle button in together for about 20 seconds till it turns intself off. if you take it back thats like the only thing they will try before giving you a new one. if that doesnt work try putting it on your comp and delete all the songs and reput them on and see if anything changes... ive only had mine for 2 or 3 monthes and its frozen 4 times already!

whenever your ipod is frozen, you use the same way each time.

-move the hold button back & forth about 7 times
-hold down the center & menu button until the APPLE sign pops up

each time your ipod is frozen you should do that. there's also other ways in your booklet thing that came with your ipod.
