uisforukelele answered Sunday July 13 2008, 10:21 am: No, it doesn't. I've found that I generally have more energy all the time if I exercise regularly though (even something like Dance Dance Revolution). I definitely wouldn't try to drink Red Bull and then go exercise... that might provoke a heart attack or something, who knows. [ uisforukelele's advice column | Ask uisforukelele A Question ]
Cux answered Sunday July 13 2008, 7:25 am: Red bull may speed up your heart rate, but that certainly is NOT exercise.
Exercise is when you do a physical activity that makes your heart rate increase. It's something that is good for you. The only physical thing about drinking red bull is lifting up your hand to pour it in your mouth- and that's not exercise.
Psycotheis answered Sunday July 13 2008, 3:30 am: Ah, no. Exercise is different from just increased heart beats. It acts as a stimulant and thats one of its effects. Its actually quite bad for you if you drink a lot. The crash will seriously suck and you'll just get lazier. Sadly to say, your better off with protein shakes and running in the morning than thinking a red bull will help you. [ Psycotheis's advice column | Ask Psycotheis A Question ]
