Well as far as I can tell, this is normal. I do it all the time as well. If you are just talking to yourself about your feelings, I think it's a way of analysing your feelings and helping you to cope with them, similar to writing a diary. It's probably a lot more helpful than keeping it bottled up. At the end of the day, maybe you me and that other person who answered are the only 3 people in the world who do it who cares? If it's helping you or providing some sort of therapy, then there's nothing wrong with it.

I do that all the time. I think it's quite normal. If not, hey, there's at least me that you can relate to right? People don't really notice when you do it. I do it when I get excited about something that is going to happen or has happened. This is going to sound so cliche, but when I was a little younger I had a crush on a guy. Anyways, he went to different schools and I only saw him through 4-H of all things. When we saw each other at 4-H events we always stuck our tongues out at each other, it was really cute. Whenever I went to a 4-H event, beforehand I would go in the bathroom and practice sticking my tongue out to see what it looked like. I felt so lame and this is quite an embarassing story to share, but my guess is that we all have them. I always replay conversations through in my head too. Every once in awhile I'll catch myself acutally talking. It does make you feel like an idiot, but it's not harming anything and lots of people do it so no worries.

I don't know if it's normal but I think it is. You're not mad or paranoid or anything I think you just are self consious. I do this sometimes. You try to re-enact scenes so you make sure you didn't look like a fool!
