I have a weight problem (I weigh too much) and I think my weight may be getting worse due to stress. How do I know if it is stress? If it is my stress causing me to gain weight what can I do about it?

you need to consult your family doctor to give you a stress test. they are very common he or she will then be able to diagnose your problem correctly and set u up on a diet and excercise regimine.

Usually people eat without really noticing or sometimes they might not even eat at all..But since you said you think your gaining weight from stress then you probably don`t notice that you might be over eating a bit.. Well somethings that might help you with this weight and stress problem are..
-Exersise
-Dieting
-Hot bath
-Counciling
Those would be my suggestions..try watching what you eat..♥Dez

Well, chances are it probably is due to stress, and sometimes you wont even notice it. If it is, i suggest after school/work/whenever you go for a walk in your neighborhood/town/area/whatever. Excersize is a great way to deal with stress. also, Diet and Excersize, it's pretty much what we gotta do to lose weight.
