what is the impact bulimic teenagers have on others?

Well, they would certainly cause friends and family to worry about them. So I guess they would cause anxiety & fear.

Their younger siblings and friends might think it okay to do and follow suit.

Then if they didn't get help and should die of the condition it would cause sadness & others would probably blame themselves. Especially if they had no clue it was happening. :)
