(As a side note, there is legislation in place to make Ephedra legal again.). Pills such as Hydroxycut made by Muscletech or Ripped Fuel made by Twinlab are examples of popular diet pills. Personally I never ever recommend these to any of my clients except for those who are experinced competitive bodybuilder. The average person should go nowhere near these pills no matter what the ads claim. Most claim they ignite Thermogenesis inside the body to metabolize extra calorie and manipulate fat loss. If this was true, the producers of such drug should be given the Nobel Prize. If you really need to use a dietary support supplement I recommend something non stimulant such as Hoodia or Tonalin CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid, which is an essential fatty acid.) Remember also that there is no pill that will wipe away the effects of a bad diet and no exercise, as PT Barnum said "Theres a sucker born every minute." and there is no greater evidence of this than the people who go out and buy diet pills. Exercise, eat clean and use your logic...it will take you much further than anything in a bottle. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]

Dietary supplements are generally not good for you, many have Ma Huang or Ephedra in them or 'legal speed'.... good old exercise, working up a sweat and eating right will do it everytime...... eliminate the flour products, breads, muffins, cookies, pastas, sphagetti, pancakes, waffles, etc.... and add fresh fruits, veggies and rice.... remember tho the more you exercise and get your heart rate up, the more calories you'll burn... and I kid you not.... we are truly what we eat and dont' eliminate.....
