I've been there - my relatives used to pinch my cheeks so often and hard that I'd get bruises.

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do to target your cheeks for weight loss. Losing weight overall may decrease the size of your cheeks a bit, but since you're already thin, that wouldn't be a good idea.

This may sound stupid, but have you considered trying to suck them in when she tries to pinch them? You could even make it a joke with her, saying something like "Not this time!".

Another possibility would be to put skin lotion on your face just before you see her - and the lotion should be as slimey as possible. That way, she may not be able to get a good grip.

Or, of course, there's always the obvious solution, the one that people most often overlook: you could talk to her about it. Tell her how the pinching makes you feel, but make sure you also tell her at the same time how much you care about her.

Good luck!
