Well, if you want to tone your legs I suggest bike riding. You could bike for about 30 minutes a day and I gaurentee that your legs will be very toned.
For your arms, you could buy a chin up bar (they arent that expensive) and put it on your door. Do about five chin ups a night and gradually increase the number each night. Good luck!

Well, if you're looking to tone your arms & legs, I recommend the basic aerobic exercises. Aerobic exercises include: walking, jogging, jumping rope, bicycling (stationary or outdoor), cross-country skiing, skating, rowing, high or low-impact aerobics, swimming and water aerobics.

In general, to achieve maximum benefits, you should gradually work up to an aerobic session lasting 20 to 30 minutes, at least three to four times a week. Exercising at least every other day will help you keep a regular aerobic exercise schedule.

You should begin with a warm up, then start the work out & then end with a cool-down. Various tools to use are probably the weights you already own, but gradually you should increase the weight of the instruments you're using as you move on.

Good luck! :)
