Being underweight is not healthy. Anorexia also leads to health complications. I do not wish to scare you, but a girl I use to baby sit thought the same way you do. She went anorexic, and sadly, not long she passed away. It puts a large strain on your body, and eventually your body gives in. Also, do not think about bulimia, because the death from that can be much more worse than starving to death. Binging and purging results in tearing of your esophagus and pretty much you purge to death. But, if you like, I can give you a healthy diet plan that keeps you at the weight you should be at as well as exercises that help tighten your tummy.
1- Instead of eating 3 large meals a day, eat 6 small nutritious meals a day. (pretty much, healthy snacking through the day)
2- drink plenty of water (but don't over do it, drinking to much water can kill a person)
3- If you want to work on your tummy muscles, lay on your back, keeping your legs together, lift your legs straight up and put them back down. Also, while doing this, hold onto the legs of your bed, and you will also work on your breast area (keeping them from sagging in the future)
There is another variation of this stomach exercise, instead of lifting them straight up, lift your legs about 6 inches to a foot off the ground (meaning your feet be this high up) and hold them there for 5-10 seconds each time.
The weight you are at is.. Too low for your height, you should be at least 115-120.
