summer suit ok well last summer i didnt wear any bikinis because im fat and this summer i really want to wear one i want to be preety and look good in the summer and not worry about what people think of me in a bathing suit. i do 250 crunches a day, run a mile, lift 6.6 pound weights on each arm. will i lose about 50 pounds by the summer if i do this everyday. also i have been eating healthier and slower. if you have any other workout ideas for my arms, legs, butt and stomach. mostly my butt because i dont know what to do for that? and do walking up stairs help? and if yes what do they help, butt or thighs?

i am not sure if you will loose 50 pounds because i don't know anything about your height or weight to begin with. however, i can tell you that unless you are extremely overweight, it is probably not safe to try & loose 50 pounds. if you are exercising that much that is a great way to loose weight, but you need to eat healthy as well. you should limit the sweets you eat, & try to have 3 meals a day, and healthy snacks like fruit, carrots, or things like low fat granola bars, 100 calorie packs (they are healthy cookies that are really good!), and anything else that is not high in calories. i am not a doctor, so you may want to talk to a doctor, because i gaurantee you they can tell you exactly how to get to a healthy weight. i hope i helped and if you can make your question more specific, or if you have any other questions, i would love to help you out, so just let me know! ]
