to tell you the truth, although that's not a big age difference, it is actually illegal. you are under the age of consent & he could be arrested for being with you. i would wait until YOU are 16 (or whatever the age of consent is where you live) and then date him, if you still like him. if not, at least stay friends, he sounds like a great guy!

edit: i am SO sorry, i may be wrong, it may be okay to date him, just not to have sex with him. i didn't mean to misinform you. also it maybe legal if he is less then 4 years apart from you even though you are under the age of consent. (if he was 17 then it would be illegal because you are underage & he is 4 years apart). so it is probably fine to date him...i wouldn't have sex with him though, even if it is legal because you are a little young & you wouldn't want to regret it later on). GOOD LUCK~ SORRY ABOUT MY BAD INFO ABOVE!

I definitely agree with the person below me. 16 & 13 isn't even THAT bad. & I'm sure that since he's spending so much time with you, he must LIKE you. :] I'm sure you telling him that you like him wouldn't hurt. Just try not to pursue a relationship if he doesn't want to, although it looks like he does.

The age difference really shouldn`t bother you hun.. Yea there is three years but so what age is just a number.. I think it would matter maybe if it was illegal for him to go with you it would be a little bit of a problem..He might just like you as a friend but apparently he likes you as something to hang out with you and take time to come to your games.. I would say he might have a little bit of a crush but i`m not for sure sweetie.. Maybe askin him or findin a way for him to tell you.. ♥Dez
