HELP I have so many pimples, is there any way to get them gone in one day, or atleast significantly reduced.

i would use oxy pads, they are amazing. and work greatly. then i'd make an appt. with a dermatologist. they help a lot, it's worth it.

I would try proactiv it works extremely well (results may vary though) but everyone i know whos tried it liked it and look much better.If all else fails go to your dermatologist and ask him/her to maybe prescribe you something for it ; ]
