Hydrogen peroxide can be found in any drugstore or supermarket. It's really cheap. Make sure that the label says that it's okay for oral use before you buy it.
You should see a big improvement by morning.
If the pain becomes too severe, there are a number of over-the-counter treatments that you can get at a drugstore, too - stuff like Oragel or Kanka. Your dentist or doctor can also prescribe stronger medication, if you need it. The drawback of those medications is that they make your mouth and tongue numb, and a lot of people hate that feeling.
You might also try to use your favorite painkiller to help reduce the pain. But in any case, the peroxide+mouthwash combination will help you to heal quickly.
