I think it would be best to tell him so that way he can get you a home pregnancy test and you can be sure.
I wouldn't worry too much about telling him. If you are pregnant, he'll know soon enough and have to go to school knowing either way. Hopefully knowing would give him a reason to 'stay' in school.
