i am only 13 ( female ) and i have horrible nasty legs! its groce! how can i help get rid of this? i'm ONLY 13! AHH i hate it! celulite makes me not want to go swimming! please please please don't suggest running, i can't run!

But defiantly try walking.. Maybe not long periods at a time but start out slow then start walking longer and so on and so on.. Also eat healthier go on a diet.. or eat six small meals a day instead of 3 big meals.. Make sure their healthy..
Maybe try streching some so you will be able to walk longer or even jog..
You can lift weight with your legs.. Might be hard to do that since your 13 and its kinda hard to get in gym`s at your age but maybe you can do it at school..
You don`t just want to work your legs out hun.. Try working your arms and abs out as well.. Lift weights with arms if possible too.. Do crunches that would be good to maybe not alot but enough to get your heartrate goin..
