How do you lose weight in legs?

Question Posted Tuesday January 31 2006, 11:44 pm

Hey, how do you lose weight in your arms?
And how do you lose weight in your thighs? I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE THEM MORE MUSCULAR IF POSSIBLE! I just want them to be slimmer. :]
Thank you!

Hi there :o) Jumping rope is good for you arms and your thighs! push ups helps alot with your arms (I do it, it really works!!! I do 20 push ups a day) Try eating healthy, try to snack less on sweets and chips and junk food and more on healthy things like fruit, carrot sticks and nuts.... walking at a fast pase for 30 minutes a day works really fast and really good... just try to be a little more active, every little helps :o)

Goodluck and hope I helped!
