so confused

i like this guy, we used to talk a lot. then after a while it changed into only talking after school. now we never talk. he seems kind shy around me. does he like me or just doesnt like me even as a friend. please help

Him becoming more shy around you, shouldn't be taken as him not liking you even as a friend. It could of been that he was trying to show you he felt something with you and you weren't getting a clue so he gave up on it all. I can't say for sure, but maybe there was a change in his life that he had to re evaluate his relationships and he felt that he couldn't open that part up to you and then it just went on from there. If you felt something there with him before, did you give him any clues? Did you act on it, or tell him? Or was this always just a friendship? Those are things that can make a difference as to how a person may change the way they act.
