How do i get my thighs smaller? they are too muscular and i want them to be thinner.

i feel like if i go running or biking or anything like that, then they will just get more muscular.
what do i do?

If you stretch your muscles before and after your workout, you will get long, lean, toned muscles.

This is exactly a brilliant answer, so don't expect it to be. [LOL].

Running doesn't make your thighs big and muscular, it's the bicycling that really does all that. So I would think it would be safe to continue running, just lay off the biking for a while. :-)
