they sell special creams for that! try wal-mart or cvs or anywhere. slef tanner will help hide them really well with out damaging your skin in a tanning bed!

Yea a really good way to get rid of them is using Vaseline (the brand "vaseline" is the best) with aloe vera and cucumber extracts. I use it and it works.

Depends where they are. If they are on your breasts you can use creams. Look in the pregnancy isle or skincare. If they are on your hips or inner legs. Lose weight and use creams, no offence but thats how it's done. Good luck.
