how do i get a guy to like me

so i have this guy friend and i like him but he doesnt like me. he acts like he likes me and all but when i asked him out he told me no. i really like him alot so what can i do to maybe make him like me or even say yes if i ask him out again?

i hate to say it...but there is no way to make a guy like you. all you can do is be yourself, talk to him, & flirt. but most importantly...let him come to you. if he really does like you then hell come to you. im sorry that i probably wasnt much help. but i hope i did help some!!
